2024 ACTM Fall Forum

1. SCHED—You can set up your schedule for the day. You will need to check in for each session you attend. Create an account with SCHED.
2. Oxford Civic Center—The doors will open at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday. Arrive as soon as you can so we can sign you in. 
3. Where do I go? We will have tables set up for a quick sign-in process. We will have an opening session at 8:30 in the auditorium area. The "sign-in" is for our system and only for Thursday morning. "CHECK-IN" takes place on SCHED for each session you attend.
4. Vendors—Remember to check out our vendors during breaks. The SPONSORS tab in SCHED provides even more detailed information about our vendors.
5. Certificate? You will get this in your email following the conference (give us approximately two weeks). Ensure our emails don't go to your junk folder. SCHED session check-in is essential for proper documentation.
6. Giveaways? Of course, but you must be present when we have general sessions.
